GDC: Holiday Drink recipe

Drunken Sailor’s White Christmas:

1 oz Peppermint Vodka

1 oz Spiced Rum

½ oz Cream

2 oz Hot Water

1 packet of Hot Chocolate

Garnish:

Chocolate Syrup

Graham Crackers

Marshmallows

Dip edge of glass in chocolate syrup and then dip into crushed graham cracker. Combine all ingredients in glass and stir. Top with lots of marshmallows.

Christmas-tini:

1 oz Vanilla Cream

1 ½ oz Godiva White Chocolate

½ Cream or Milk

Dip edge of cocktail glass in simple syrup and top with sprinkles. Combine all ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into prepared cocktail glass.

Apple Bourbon Cider:

1 ¾ oz Bourbon

¾ oz Butterscotch Schnapps

2 dashes of bitters

2 sugar cubes

1 cherry

¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 ½ oz Apple Cider

Splash of soda water

Muddle bourbon, butterscotch schnapps, bitters, sugar cubes, cherry, and cinnamon. Add ice, cider and then splash of soda water on top. Garnish with apple slice or cinnamon stick.
