Grilling for Father's Day


Steak Frites


- 10-oz. Skirt Steak

- 6-oz. French Fries

- 2 Tablespoons Chimichurri Marinade

- 1 Lime Wedge

- 1 teaspoon lime butter


1. Marinade steak for 2 to 4 hours

2. Broil to desired temperate. Brush with lime butter.

3. Place on plate with the steak in front and fries piled in the back. Garnish with lime wedge

Chimichurri Marinade


- 1.5 cups Shallots, Minced

- 7 Cups Oil, Blended

- 1 Cup, Parsley, Minced

- 1 Cup, Herbs, Cilantro

- 4 Tablespoons Salt, Kosher

- 6.5 Tablespoons, Black Pepper, Freshly Cracked

- 1.5 Cups, Garlic, Peeled, Minced


- Toast garlic in oil until golden brown. Strain off oil and cool completely.

- Rough chip herbs and combine all ingredients including toasted garlic

- Label, date and refrigerate

- Note: For garnish sauce for every 3 cups of Chimichurri, add .5 cups lime juice
