Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients
1 C certified Gluten Free rolled oats ( Bobs red mill)
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp olive oil or canola oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 T Sunflower seeds or nuts
2 T dried fruit( cherries, raisins or cranberries)

The honey is heated and then oil is added & then rest of ingredients added and heated about 10 minutes

It's a snack or you can add to a parfait-

For the parfaits-
plain greek yogurt, fruit like blueberries and peaches or strawberries and the granola

Directions
Heat the honey on medium heat. Add oil until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients. Heat for an additional 10 minutes.
