ANOTHER 2-4" OF SNOW IN COLUMBUS

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is posted for Columbus from Noon to 1pm.  A WINTER STORM WARNING in Southern Ohio from Noon to 1pm.  A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY in Eastern Ohio from 4pm to 4pm. 

Heavy snow will develop into the afternoon and tonight.  2-4" of snow in Columbus with significantly higher amounts of 7-12" in Southern and Southeast Ohio.  Traveling will be significantly impacted in these areas.  Areas North and Northwest of Columbus will see under 2" of snow.

CALIFORNIA (Kate Murphy) -- A federal judge ruled that the state's death penalty is unconstitutional Wednesday.

Judge Cormac Carney of United States District Court says the time it takes from sentencing to carrying out the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment.
