GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS (Tom Bosco) -- After a rash of indecent exposure incidents last summer, it appears a flasher is up to the same activity this summer as well. A third woman has come forward, complaining of a man exposing himself to her in Grandview Heights.

Allison Day told police she was walking from Red, White, and Boom back to her car, which she left at her office last Thursday. That's when a man jogged past her, then hid behind a building and exposed himself to her.

"I just ran and reached into my purse and grabbed my cell phone and called 911," she said. "I didn't want to find out what happened next."

The description Day gave loosely fits the description of a man believed to be responsible for 12 such incidents last summer. This summer there have been three cases.
