NORTH COLUMBUS (Kate Murphy) -- Northside Super Eight motel owner is fighting to have his property re-opened.

The city prosecutor shut down the Super Eight on Cleveland Avenue after receiving complaints about drugs and prostitution.

The motel owner told court Wednesday he is trying to run an honest business and is doing everything he can to clean it up.
