Freezing puppy saved by officers in Daytona Beach
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) —
Officers saved a freezing puppy in Daytona Beach.
According to Daytona Beach Police Department, Animal Control officers John Pearson and James Lee found the puppy under the Seabreeze Bridge in mid January.
DBPD says the temperature had fallen below freeing, and River the puppy had been left to die.
A citizen called DBPD to alert them River was left alone outside.
