COLUMBUS -- A Franklin County man is wanted by police, accused of stealing a friend’s diamond ring, then exchanging it for cash at a local pawn shop.

Skiver Hernandez, 27, is charged with receiving stolen property.

Sheriff's detectives believe he may be hanging out on Columbus's West Side.

Hernandez is 6’2”, weighs 180 lbs., and has brown eyes and black hair.
