COLUMBUS -- 14-year old Chinese golfer Tianlang Guan might be bringing his impressive game to the 38th Memorial Tournament. Guan set a PGA record by making the cut at the Masters in April and just did the same at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans.
He drew initial attention from his Asian Amateur Championship he won as a 13-year old 7th grader. Memorial officials confirmed he's under consideration for a sponsor's exemption into the Memorial field.
The tournament week runs May 27-June 2nd at Muirfield Village G.C. in Dublin.8th Grade Golf Sensation Could Play in Memorial
