Bill Would Ban Traffic Cameras in Ohio
Updated: Monday, March 11 2013, 10:36 PM EDT
COLUMBUS -- Ohio lawmakers will soon consider a bill that would ban all traffic cameras in the state.
Ohio Bill 69 is set to be introduced in mid-March; it would ban both red light and speed cameras.
If the bill becomes law, Ohio would become the 13th state to ban speed cameras, and the 10th to prohibit red light cameras.
Some Ohio judges have already ruled that the cameras violate drivers' rights.
