COLUMBUS -- A man accused of threatening to kill President Obama over Twitter is expected in federal court Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint, the Secret Service spoke with Daniel Temple March 24th after they came across the threatening posts including one that reads "It's a matter of national security, so I gotta kill Barack Obama.
The complaint states Temple admitted to the Secret Service the twitter account was his and that he posted the comments.
No one would answer the door at Temple's Malibu Drive apartment in east Columbus, but a man claiming to be a relative told ABC6/FOX28 he had no comment.
Temple is in the Franklin County jail.
He's scheduled to appear before a federal judge in Columbus Tuesday at 2 P.M.
