Columbus Police Investigating Double Shooting, One Dead

COLUMBUS -- Columbus Police are investigating a double shooting on the near east side that left one person dead.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Eldridge Drive a short time before 2:00 am on Wednesday April 10, 2013 on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived they located two victims, William Stubbs, 32, and Thomas Stubbs, 46. William was considered to be suffering from life-threatening injuries when officers arrived, but by the time medics arrived on scene, William had passed away.
Thomas was transported to Grant Medical Center in stable condition, and was later released after being treated for a gunshot wound to the arm.
Columbus Police say they are looking for a Grey Dodge Magnum with heavily tinted windows. The suspect is described as a black male, medium to heavy build and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red checkered shirt.
