Is Polaris Outgrowing Itself?

COLUMBUS -- Can a neighborhood outgrow itself? Homeowners in the Polaris area say it's happening to them right now.
The Polaris area is already one of Columbus' fastest growing neighborhoods and with more projects on the table, there is growing skepticism.
Two projects are already in the works for apartment complexes on South Old State Road and multiple projects on Polaris Parkway.
The Columbus Development Commission meets each month and has discussed several of these projects, but those already living in the area say the commission has a tendency to rubber stamp these projects without regard.
ABC 6/FOX 28 has reached out to the Development Commission for a comment but has not yet heard back from them.
