New Exotic Animal Facility Unveiled

REYNOLDSBURG -- We are getting the first look at the new 20,000 square foot exotic animal facility.
It's in Reynoldsburg on the Ohio Department of Agriculture campus.
This new building will house any dangerous animals the state gets a hold of under the new exotic animal ban.
The department began clearing the field last year making way for 30 large animal cages costing nearly $3Million.
There
are two fences that surround the building for the public's protection
especially because there is a neighborhood full of people adjacent to
the facility.
When those people built their homes, they never dreamt all the exotic animals in Ohio would be close to their backyards.
