REYNOLDSBURG -- Police are investigating a case of suspected child porn on a school laptop.
According to a search warrant filed in Franklin county, detectives were called to Reynoldsburg high school on Livingston Avenue back in February.
The warrant reveals a student admitted he tricked two classmates into sending him naked pictures by creating a fake girl's identity.
After online relationships developed over email, the warrant states the student requested graphic pictures he forwarded to two other email accounts.
The warrant states a school resource officer told detectives one picture of a nude boy was a student who just turned 18 years old and another picture was that of a 17 year old boy, also a student.
"Students should be aware of what's going on they should let other teachers know what other students are doing so other students like me and my friend here can have a safe environment," said Yonis Desta, a Reynoldsburg high school senior.
The detectives handling the case have not returned calls to ABC6/FOX28 news.
School officials say they can not comment on a pending case.
