Domestic Dispute Leads to South Columbus Shooting

COLUMBUS (Kellie Hanna) -- A woman is recovering in the hospital after she was shot in the back early Friday morning in South Columbus.

Police say a couple was arguing in the middle of the street on Siebert Avenue at Ann Street and that's when she was shot.

She stumbled to a nearby house and the resident pulled her inside and called 9-1-1.

The female was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police say they have responded to several domestic disturbances between the couple.

There are security cameras pointing at the street and police say they will be looking at the tape to see what led up to the shooting.
