3rd Suspect Arrested for Convenience Store Clerk's Murder

COLUMBUS (Kellie Hanna) A third suspect, Darrell Durham, has been arrested for the murder of a convenience store clerk.

Durham is accused of taking part in the shooting death Imran Ashgar on July 24, 2013. 

Ashgar was working at the Convenient Plus Food Mark on Livingston Avenue in East Columbus when police detectives say he was shot in the face.

Devonerre Simmonds, 17, and 18-year-old Nathaniel Brunner were the first two teenagers arrested. 

The two were caught by Dayton Division of Police officers after they reportedly carjacked and shot another man at a rest area on I-70 in Madison County.

Simmonds and Brunner are accused of killing their friend Lamont Frazier.

Durham is being held in the Franklin County Jail on a $400,000 bond.
