Prankster Scares Columbus Residents with Jason Mask, Chainsaw

COLUMBUS (Maria Durant) -- Prankster Vitaly Zdorovetskiy made another YouTube video that's causing controversy. It shows a man in a Jason mask, carrying a chainsaw scaring people.

The So-called horror spoof is just one of a number of videos Zdorovetskiy has filmed in Columbus pranking people.

Zdorovetskiy says he made the video for Friday the 13th. He says,  its hilarious, its not funny.

But not everyone is laughing. Franklin County prosecutor Ron Obrien says his victims could press charges against him.
OBrien says, "that could constitute aggravated menacing because that says no person shall knowingly cause another person to believe that you are going to cause serious physical harm to them."

Zdorovetskiy says before any of his videos are posted online, his attorney reviews them. He says they are doing nothing wrong and it's not illegal.

Zdorovetskiy is not from Columbus, he left this afternoon for  Los Angeles.  But he tells ABC6/FOX28 that he will be back to make more prank videos.
