Daughter of Steubenville School Employee Indicted in Rape Case
STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (Kelsey Mallahan) -- The daughter of a school employee has been indicted by the special grand jury reviewing the Steubenville teen rape case.
Hannah M. Rhinaman is being charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property and one count of Grand Theft. This is the second indictment in the case. The 20-year olds father, William Rhinaman, was also indicted, and charged with Tampering with Evidence, Obstructing Justice, Obstructing Official Business and Perjury.
If convicted on all counts, Hannah Rhinaman could be sentenced to up to three years in prison.
