Strong Storms Leave Thousands Without Power in Central Ohio

COLUMBUS (Kelsey Mallahan) -- Strong storms hit central Ohio Sunday evening, leaving thousands without power.

At 7:30 p.m., more than 1,500 customers in Licking County, 450 in Franklin County, 300 in Perry County and 100 in Morrow county were without power.

Storms moved quickly through the area, bringing strong winds and rain.
