Roads reopened after semi truck jackknifes on I-70 Eastbound

COLUMBUS (Camille Doty) --  I-70 Eastbound has been reopened after several hours of gridlock traffic. A semi truck jackknifed near the Miller-Kelton Exit around 11:30 Wednesday night.

The truck was carrying 40,000 pounds of ice cream that spilled on the road.

Investigators said the wreck caused a diesel fuel leak and the Environmental Protection Agency was called to the scene.

Police said the driver was not injured.
