WICKED WEATHER: Winter Storm Slows Ground, Air Travel Again

COLUMBUS (Ken Hines) -- Wicked winter weather wreaked havoc on central Ohio roads again on Friday, closing several schools and lengthening commute times for thousands of workers.

Many air travelers at Port Columbus also faced delays on Friday morning, while others saw their flights canceled due to the winter storm that has affected much of the Midwest and Northeast over the past two days. 

The following snow emergencies are in effect as of 1 p.m. Friday:

Level 1: Athens, Champaign, Clark, Fairfield, Fayette, Greene, Guernsey, Hocking, Jackson, Licking, Marion, Morgan, Muskingum, Perry, Pickaway, Ross, Scioto, Vinton

Level 2: Coshocton
