Drugs Found in North Columbus Search

NORTH COLUMBUS (Chelsea Spears) -- The Franklin County Sheriff's Office discovered cocaine, L.S.D., and heroin among other drugs in a house off Oakland Ave. while searching the home Friday morning.

Officers in the Franklin County Drug Task Force found 38 grams of cocaine, numerous scheduled prescription pills, ecstasy tablets, 4 grams of heroin, suspected crystal meth, 172 unit doses of L.S.D., Anabolic Steroids, and drug paraphernalia in the house, according to a press release from the Franklin County Sheriffs Office.

Adam Lechler, 25, and John Escolas, 27, have both been charged with possession of drugs. Lechler has also been charged with drug trafficking.

Officers entered the home after they received a search warrant from an ongoing investigation.
