Columbus Callers Voice Snow-Related Frustrations to 311 Operators

COLUMBUS (Ken Hines) -- Calls to the city's 311 center have spiked as residents voice their frustrations over snow-covered streets and sidewalks days after another winter storm hit the area.

Columbus officials provide the 311 line for residents to request city services -- a benefit that has been utilized heavily since a blanket of snow and ice covered the area on Tuesday.

ABC 6/FOX 28's Rob Wells spent time at the call center on Friday, where he spoke with city official Rick Tilton about ongoing efforts to clean the mess left behind by the latest winter blast.
