$10 Tuesday: Pizza Egg Burger & more (recipes)



1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 egg
4 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon pizza sauce

Heat butter or margarine in a small skillet over medium heat. Break and slip the egg into pan. Break yolk, if desired. When egg is set flip over egg in pan. Add slices of pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Turn off heat and cover until cheese is melted. Open toasted bun and spread with pizza sauce, and top with cooked egg. Serve immediately.

Note: Make the sandwiches ahead of time and then wrap in parchment paper and then foil. Hold in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat on 50% power for 45 seconds. Enjoy!!


Skewer red and green grapes on toothpicks. Dip in vanilla yogurt and roll in chopped pecans or peanuts to coat. Freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet until set, about 20 minutes.


6 crème-filled chocolate cookies
1 container plain Greek yogurt
Apple and pear slices
In a mini-food processor, coarsely chop cookies. Add yogurt and pulse until combined. Serve with sliced fruit for dipping.
