Good Day Gardening: Planting trees

Jeff Turnbull, owner of Darby Creek Nursery, said that many people like to buy mom forever gifts like a tree and they have discounts on installation as well this weekend. Next week we will start diving into more gardening as the temps stay warm and soil temperatures are warming up for the garden plants. This is a great time to plant those trees, for mom though, especially if you can time it out between the rain so the soil isn't too wet, but wet enough to allow the tree to get a good jump start for the year ahead.
