Esther Weisman from Mindins.com joins Good Day Columbus to make a simple Valentine's Day breakfast with the kids! Today's menu Brioche French Toast with pink sprinkles, juice with heart-shaped strawberries and heart-shaped ice cubes.
Ingredients
1) Loaf brioche bread
2) 4 eggs
3) 1c Vanilla flavored almond milk
4) 1T Pumpkin pie spice
Directions
1) Break eggs in bowl , add milk and pumpkin pie spice and whisk all together
2) Remove paper from each slice of bread and dip one slice at a time in egg mixture
3) Spray a non stick griddle set on high with butter spray and brown each side of bread
4) Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries, whipped cream, chocolate syrup.
