Recipe: Easy sausage dip


Lee Ann Miller stopped by Good Day Columbus to talk about the perfect chip dips for your upcoming parties.


Easy Sausage Dip

1- 1lb. maple ground pork sausage, browned

1- 10oz. can rotel

1- 8oz. package cream cheese

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Brown maple sausage until golden brown. Drain off any excess drippings. Cut up cream cheese in pieces and place on low heat in small saucepan. Add rotel. Heat and stir until blended and then add cooked sausage. Transfer into small crock-pot, top with chopped parsley and put on low heat. Serve with corn chips.
