RECIPE: Stack City reuben burger and St. Paddy's shake


Reuben Burger


• 6 oz. Burger Patty

• ½ tsp. Salt & Pepper

• ½ tsp. Steak Dust

• 1 Sesame Brioche Bun

• .5 oz. Creole Mustard

• 1 oz. Melted Unsalted Butter

• 3 oz. Thinly Slices Corned Beef

• 2 oz. Sauerkraut

• 2 oz. Swiss Cheese

• 1.5 oz. 1000 Island

• 1 Dill Pickle Spear

Procedure :

  1. Season burger patty with salt & pepper and steak dust on both sides (2 Shakes)
  2. Place seasoned patty on flat top and press the center of patty down
  3. Cook for three minutes on each side
  4. Using a brush, brush butter on both side of the brioche bun and toast both sides, pull off and spread spicy mustard on one half
  5. Place corned beef on a flat top and heat throughout, add sauerkraut and top with Swiss cheese, top with lid for a few minutes to melt cheese
  6. Assemble as follows; bottom bun, burger patty, hot corned beef with sauerkraut and cheese, spread top bun with 1000 dressing and skewer
  7. Garnish with pickle spear

St. Paddy's Shake


• 10 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

• 2.5 oz. Half and Half

• ½ teaspoon mint extract

• 8 drops green food coloring

• 1 oz. Whipped Cream

• 1T Clover Sprinkles


  1. Combine first four ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth on low speed
  2. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles
