The Simpsons will feature Ohio State in new episode Sunday

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) — The newest episode of The Simpsons will in part take place at The Ohio State University this Sunday.

The Ohio State Alumni shared their excitement of the news on Twitter.

"We got a tip that Ohio State will make a special appearance on the new episode of The Simpsons this Sunday at 8 p.m. EST," they said in a tweet.

FOX told ABC 6/FOX 28 that the episode will feature Mr. Skinner finding out that his application to be the conductor of The Best Damn Band in the Land was accepted, not denied as he previously thought.

The new episode entitled "Grampy-hear me" airs this Sunday at 8 p.m. on FOX 28.
