Aunt charged, accused of raping 5-month-old niece
A Franklin County grand jury indicted an aunt who prosecutors said raped her baby niece, recorded it and emailed it to someone who had offered her $100.
Detectives discovered the video last month when a friend of Felicia Sullivan came forward. That friend said she requested his help to fix her internet and he found the pornographic clip.
Court documents state he sent the video to Franklin County Children Services. During questioning, police stated that Sullivan admitted to performing a sex act on her five-month-old niece and recorded the rape using a "selfie stick." Court documents also state she sent that clip to an ex-boyfriend via the internet and receive $100 for payment.
Now, the father of the victim's three-year-old half-sister fears his daughter had been victimized too. Christopher Peters told ABC 6/FOX 28 that his toddler started to make alarming statements about eight to nine months ago while in his care. "Whenever my daughter started coming over, she kept saying her private parts hurt," Peters said. Peters is fighting for full custody of his daughter but said Sullivan, the mother's sister, would watch his daughter and the victim often.
"I think there are more people involved, more going on than what is really being said," Peters said. "I don't even think they have a soul when they're doing something like that."
Sullivan will face a judge Monday and could face life in prison with a conviction.
