Area fashion designers, boutiques, and companies are being called on by non-profit Columbus Fashion Council to create face masks for Central Ohio hospitals and medical facilities.

“Columbus has the third largest number of resident fashion designers in the nation, and our fashion community has an opportunity to really make an impact during this unprecedented situation with COVID-19 creating mass shortages of PPEs. The Columbus Fashion Council is mobilizing regional and international fashion designers, boutiques, and various companies to help meet this need.” says Thomas McClure, Founder and Executive Director of the Columbus Fashion Council.

Contributing designers and boutiques include Alex Vinash NY (Golden Globes Billy Porter), Adolfo Sanchez (Netflix’s Next In Fashion), Joan’s Bridal Boutique, Encinas Designs (Rupaul Drag Race’s Nina West), Maris Equi, High Street Fashion Co., MJochele, Designer Dream Collection, EVE & HARPER, and Ana’stasi Fashion.
