Hot Chicken Takeover and FUSIAN have teamed up to benefit charity and Central Ohioans' taste buds.

The Hot Fusian Takeover sushi roll will be available later this month to benefit Pelotonia. The restaurants say for every roll purchased, they will donate $1 to the charity.

They said the collaboration is a meaningful way to connect their communities for a good cause.

The sushi roll has Hot Chicken Takeover's signature Nashville-style hot chicken, coleslaw, pickles, rolled with FUSIAN’s sticky rice and topped with a drizzle of house ranch and a cayenne-infused tempura crunch. A spicer option is available by adding Holy Ranch.

The collaboration can be found at Columbus' three Columbus-area FUSIAN locations from July 23-29.

“We can assure you the chicken is cooked,” jokes FUSIAN co-founder and CEO Zach Weprin. “And we can also assure you the roll is like nothing else you’ve ever tasted before.”
