Man accused of mass murder in Ohio returns to court

    A man accused of mass murder in Pike County, Ohio was scheduled to make another court appearance Thursday.

    George "Billy" Wagner III, along with his wife Angela, and two sons George and Edward, were all accused of killing eight Rhoden family members in 2016.

    Wagner III pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment late last year. He has since been jailed in Butler County without bond.

    Billy Wagner waives extradition to Ohio to face charges in Rhoden murders

    LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKRC ) - George "Billy" Wagner waived extradition to Ohio Wednesday, a day after he was taken into custody on aggravated murder charges in the deaths of eight members of the Rhoden and Gilley families. Wagner answered a couple of brief questions about his name and whether he would fight extradition during the brief court appearance.

    He was arrested in Lexington, Kentucky before being extradited to Ohio.
