Man killed in double stabbing at northeast Columbus gas station

A man was killed in a double stabbing in northeast Columbus Tuesday night.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing at the Mobil gas station at the intersection of East Weber Road and Cleveland Avenue around 9:50 p.m. 52-year-old Harry W. Wright Jr. was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police said a second victim, whose identity was withheld for safety reasons was also stabbed. He is expected to recover from his injuries.

Police have yet to release any suspect information. This was the 16th murder in Columbus this year.
