Young boy, 3 adults found dead inside Lawrence County home
Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless confirmed the body of Devin Holston was found Thursday morning in a house trailer.
Lawless said Holston suffered gunshot wounds, and it appeared his body had been hidden. An endangered missing child alert was issued early Thursday morning after authorities were called to the home on State Route 93 and found three adults shot to death.
Deputies are searching wooded areas of Lawrence County for Aaron Lawson, a suspect in the case. Warrants have been issued for his arrest on multiple murder charges.
Lawson was spotted by Deputies on SR 141 near CR 52 driving a Blue Chevy truck at about 12:30 AM, and deputies began chasing him. He crashed into a ditch on SR 141 at CR 44S and took off on foot. Deputies lost track of him in the woods.
"We're confident we will find him," Lawless said. "We're not going to stop until we do."
Four people have been confirmed dead. Three adults were found in the home Wednesday night and Holston was found hidden in the home Thursday morning. One other person, a stabbing victim, was found in a relative's home a short distance away. Authorities say he was stabbed in the other home but managed to escape and run to the house nearby.
That victim is in critical condition.
The Lawrence County Sheriff said they are still searching for a person of interest following a triple murder and stabbing in Pedro.
Earlier on Thursday, the sheriff's office was searching for 7-year-old Devin William Andrew Holston. He was last seen around 7 p.m. at a home located at 15497 State Route 93. He was reported found around 9 a.m. by the Ohio AG's office. They have not released info about where or how he was found.
The Lawrence County Sheriff added that 23-year-old Aaron Lawson is a person of interest for a triple homicide that happened at the same home Holston was last seen.
He was described as being around 5 feet 9 inches tall, 139 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The sheriff's office released more details about the triple murder on their Facebook page.
The sheriff said that deputies were called out the an Elizabeth Township home around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Three adults were found dead and a fourth was found stabbed at a nearby home. That person was flown to a hospital per the sheriff.
The sheriff's office has yet to identify any of the victims.
