A 19-year-old man has been behind bars since Monday after reportedly sending a Snapchat message about his plans to target an elementary school because he saw "sexy boys" there.

Another message stated he planned to "choose one" of the boys after visiting his mother, according to officials at the Ocoee Police Department.

According to the arrest affidavit, police were tipped off by a man who wished to remain anonymous. The person said he started speaking to Kristopher Martin Oswald II through the dating app Grindr and then starting messaging him on Snapchat. That's where Oswald, using the screen name "Kaven Timber," sent the man photos featuring four or five pictures of naked children having sex and his plans to take a child from Thornebrooke Elementary School.

During the meeting between the tipster and police, Oswald messaged the man again. Officers asked the man to reply, and Oswald sent him his current location.

The address led officers to a local park where they found Oswald in his car with his pants undone and children running around nearby.

After officers arrested him, Oswald consented to have his phone and car searched. A preliminary search of his phone led to police finding several photos of children of sexual nature. In his car, police found coloring books, a teddy bear, and pacifiers, as well as used and unused baby diapers and condoms.

Oswald told police he had been arrested for sending photos of naked children in the past, but said the photos he sent were of people who just appear young -- not of actual children. He also told police that he sometimes talks about children in a sexual manner as a form of role-play, but that he never intended to take a child from a school.

Police charged Oswald with conspiracy to commit sexual battery for the comments he made on the social media platform on Sunday.

Officials say they have reason to believe Oswald has targeted others in the past and urge anyone with information regarding the suspect to call the Ocoee Police Department at 407-905-3161. He is known to frequent Ocoee, Gotha, Clermont, Davenport, and Kissimmee.
