Three-time Big Ten Player of the Year Kelsey Mitchell will attend the WNBA Draft in New York City next week.

Mitchell finishes her career as a Buckeye as Ohio State's and the Big Ten's all-time leading scorer.

During her four years at Ohio State, she helped the Buckeyes win the Big Ten title twice and Big Ten tournament once.

With Mitchell on the team, the Buckeyes also reached the NCAA Tournament three times, including two trips to the Sweet 16.

Mitchell is a projected first-round pick. If she's taken in the first-round, she'll join fellow Buckeyes as WNBA first-round picks:

  • Jessica Davenport (2007)
  • Jantel Lavender (2011)
  • Samantha Prahalis (2012)
  • Tayler Hill (2013)

Her two Buckeye teammates, Stephanie Mavunga and Linnae Harper, are also eligible for this year's WNBA Draft.

The WNBA Draft will be held on Thursday, April 12 at Nike New York, and will be broadcast on ESPN2.
